Our POWER LINERS are like a dream come true. The liners are water activated and totally smudge proof .Needless to say they are both vegan and cruelty free. 
  Use:This is how to get the most out of using it:
You will need; POWER LINER, a makeup brush and water.
If you prefer scraping your product onto a makeup-palette before mixing, it has the same results.
Wet a makeup brush with water.
Mix the wet brush with the POWER LINER.
When a creamy consistency is achieved, you may start applying it.
Let the product completely dry before putting the lid back on.
