Dosage Details

We generally recommend beginning your journey with Boshang Water Solubles with 1-2 drops daily. You can then personalise your intake depending on your lifestyle and your body, augmenting your dose to your needs and your preference.

These drops are not designed to be used as eye drops or anything other than consumption, mixed with other cosmetics and drinks. Taking more than 5-6 drops in one day may be harmful depending on your usual dosage for Vitamin D, and your body's deficiency levels. It is important to ascertain your Vitamin Deficiency levels throughout the year. Please consult your GP whenever you are adding a new supplement to your diet. Your Vitamin D levels drop when you are recovering from illness.
